Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on mclub77. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.

4.1 Registration Information

When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mclub77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS or an authenticator application. We will never ask you for your password through any channel. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary by our compliance team, mclub77 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued MyKad (Malaysian National Identity Card), passport, and a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. mclub77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, regulatory compliance, or operational reasons without prior notice.

6.1 Deposits

mclub77 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits:

• Malaysian e-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — minimum deposit RM50 per transaction.
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and all FPX-participating banks — minimum deposit RM100.
• DuitNow: Instant transfers to mclub77's registered DuitNow account — minimum deposit RM50.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and BNB (BEP-20) — minimum equivalent of RM30.

All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the prevailing conversion rate applicable at the time of the transaction for cryptocurrency deposits. mclub77 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification.

Processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30–120 minutes depending on network confirmation speeds. mclub77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

6.3 Currency

The mclub77 Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the primary transactional currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are automatically converted to MYR equivalent at the time of confirmation. Exchange rates applied are based on market rates at the time of processing and are final.

mclub77 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday rewards, and the VIP loyalty programme. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and validity windows. These terms are published alongside each offer on the Platform.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Unless otherwise stated, real-money funds are wagered first. Bonus funds become active only after the real-money balance is exhausted.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the specified validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not meeting wagering requirements within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on mclub77 are final and binding upon confirmation. The following rules apply to gaming and betting activities on the Platform:

8.1 General Gaming Rules

• A bet or wager is confirmed only when the Platform's servers register the transaction. Bets that are not recorded due to network errors, device failures, or connectivity issues on the Player's side are not the responsibility of mclub77.
• In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or game interruption that renders a game outcome indeterminate, mclub77 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the applicable stake to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. These limits are subject to change and may differ by VIP tier, account history, or active promotion.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport and event. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or walkover, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published in the sportsbook section.
• mclub77 reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or void markets at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of irregularity, match-fixing concerns, or price errors.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on mclub77. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials, chargeback abuse, or deliberate misrepresentation of identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform in connection with any scheme to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. mclub77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

All content on the mclub77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, imagery, text, logos, audio, video, database structures, and the mclub77 brand name and trade marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of mclub77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mclub77.

You acknowledge that all gambling activities involve inherent financial risk. Any decision to gamble, the amounts wagered, and the management of your balance are entirely your own responsibility. mclub77 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.

mclub77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;

• Receipt of a chargeback request or reversal of a deposit transaction;

Upon termination for cause, mclub77 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings. Legitimate real-money balances held at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
